The GOLD service is an add-on to services already included in the standard maintenance contract (description available in the contract or on the website www.ucopia.com).
The GOLD service is purchased for a minimum of three years, and allows for online archiving of logs.
The online archiving of logs service is aimed at end clients. This service externalises online user connection journals, on an external server operated by UCOPIA. This allows clients to have a backup of logs, in case of a disk failure.
The length of archiving is 12 months, in compliance with decree 2006-358 of March 24th 2006.
