How to become a Weblib partner ?
Ucopia wants to be sure of the expertise of its partners, particularly its resellers, so that it can offer the best quality of service to end customers. It’s a guarantee of trust and expertise in this highly technical field.
The different Ucopia certifications available
Depending on the partner’s objectives, several certifications are available:
- Foundation: The Foundation certification is focused on Ucopia, Ucopia Cloud and Smart Wifi.
- Advance: Obtaining the Foundation certification is required. This training is focused on the most advanced version, Advance.
- Pre-sales consolidation: Support customers on the issue of guest management (Wi-Fi or wired), across all industries.
- Sales: Master the speeches and have a relevant argument according to the different sectors.
Where to obtain the certifications ?
Some of our distributors offer training dates for the various certifications.
How long are the certifications valid ?
The Foundation, Advanced and Pre-Sales Consolidation certificates are nominative and valid for 2 years, renewable by taking a quiz to extend their validity by 2 years.
The Sales certificate is also nominative and valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
How are they validated ?
Certification is awarded to participants with a score of over 80%. Each certified participant receives a personalized diploma, indicating the date obtained and the period of validity.
Partners have 6 months in which to renew certification in the event of the departure of a certified employee.
